How long does migration from our existing CRM take?

Most teams are fully migrated within three working days. Our intelligent import function handles CSVs for contacts, organisations, forms, notes, tasks and call history - with row-level validation, clear error reporting and real-time progress as you go.

Where is our data hosted?

Orbit runs on secure UK cloud infrastructure with industry-standard compliance. Backups, encryption in transit and at rest, and full role-based access control are all built in.

Can Orbit replace our marketing automation tool?

For most UK mid-market teams, yes. Email broadcasts, drip sequences, event tracking, suppression lists and a drag-and-drop visual editor are all part of the platform.

What about custom fields for our industry?
